Gain the skills and knowledge to teach and practice true yin with intention in this weekend-long course for yoga instructors and students. We will work under both an eastern and western lens to create a holistic view and deeper understanding of this treasured practice.

I offer various Yin Yoga workshops for yoga studios. These can be geared toward YTTs or teachers for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits (CECs), or toward the general public to help learn more about a true yin yoga practice.

I have been co-teaching partner yoga workshops for years, offering couples and friends the chance to connect through the practice of partner yoga. These are fun, accessible, and are especially popular around Valentine’s Day.

I organize and lead Yin Yoga + Sound Healing workshops with incredible sound healers. Soak up the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, + other instruments while relaxing in yin and restorative postures for a beautiful, healing experience.

I’ll come to your workplace and lead one-time classes or series of classes for you and your employees to relax + release tension with basic yoga, meditation, + breathing techniques.

I offer alignment clinics based on general postures or a customized agenda for your students or YTTs.

I offer a variety of other asana-based workshops on topics such as: inversions, arm-balances, transitions, Ashtanga primary series, and more.
