Intuitive Yoga for All Levels
The yoga I teach is for anyone regardless of body type, ability or disability, injury, age, gender, race, etc., and I am committed to helping all who want to practice to find their unique expression of yoga that helps them to heal. While my teaching is rooted deeply in tradition and the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, I strive to bring a lightness, gentleness and humor to the practice in the classes I teach.
No matter what level or venue, the connection of breath, movement and meditation is emphasized in every single class. The postures are one small piece of the yoga practice and through this movement linked with breath, love and intention, we move toward union, acceptance, and peace.

Tuesdays // 10am Yoga Basics Flow at Salt Yoga East Lansing, 6pm Blend + 7:30pm Yin at Yoga Connect Haslett
Wednesdays // 5:30pm Vinyasa at Salt Yoga East Lansing
Online Chakra Series
Your choice of a 3- or 5- class series of classes that move through the chakra system. These classes incorporate meditation, breathwork, and asanas that move us through this energetic system from root to crown, helping to observe patterns and release blocks.
